Wyatt Bensman, founder of The Digital Wash

Howdy, I'm Wyatt.

I worked in the franchise industry for over two years before I took the leap, and I took everything I learned in there and built a system I know can help small business owners and franchisees win in their own market.

Here is the thing though: a lot of businesses are oversold, overcharged, and handed half-finished work, and they have no real way of knowing it. Not because owners aren't sharp, but because nobody ever shows them what they actually paid for.

So I built what no agency has.

Two things, and they only work together. One of them is useless without the other.

Technology I wrote myself

Not a reseller platform with my logo dropped on it. Soap is mine, written line by line, which is the only reason it can show you the actual work instead of a summary of it. No agency I have worked for could say that, because none of them owned the thing they were selling.

A way of working where you see everything

The research reaches you before an invoice does. After that a report every month, in plain language, showing what moved. When something goes the wrong way it is in the report too. Nothing about your own business should be a thing you have to ask me for.

Start with the report

The man behind the system.

A marketer turned tech guy. I studied at The Ohio State University, taught myself to develop before AI came into the picture, and I have been a Tampa local for three years.

The marketing came first, which is why I start with what a page is supposed to do rather than what it should look like. A site that wins an award and books nothing is a failure with good lighting.

The code came second, the slow way, before a model would write it for you. That matters more than it sounds like it should. I can read everything I ship, so I can fix it, and nobody can tell me something is impossible when it is only inconvenient.

On the personal side

I am about as real as they come. Not super professional, not salesy, I just do my thing and it has always fallen into place. I love talking business, traveling, and meeting new people. My siblings blessed me with five nieces and nephews who call me WyWy, and I hit the occasional happy hour.

I also love doing hard stuff. Pushing myself to the limit and putting myself in uncomfortable situations is what made me who I am.

Working across Florida.

Southwest Florida is home, and it is where I turn up in person. The work itself runs all over the state, and a few clients well outside it.

When you call, text, or email The Digital Wash, you reach the person who wrote your code and built your site. There is no account manager in between, because there is no one to hand you to. I am not polished on a call and I do not try to be. I would rather spend it asking how your business actually works.

I am not much of a salesman. I am mostly just curious, and I like finding the thing that fixes the problem. So if you want to talk business, or anything, I am around — and I love a good lunch.
