Ranking isn't something
you do once.
Your competitors add pages. Google changes what it shows. New questions get asked in your market every month. A site that was winning last year slides a little at a time, and most owners don't notice until the phone stops ringing.
Local SEO is the work of not sliding, and then taking ground.
The work we do, month by month.
Almost none of this needs you. It runs either way, and the Loop Report shows you it happened. When you want to add your own jobs, you record one and we turn it into a page.
We turn your jobs into pages.
You record the job. We write the page, build it, and publish it in your voice.
We publish what your market is searching for.
Job pages and blog posts, each one aimed at a question we measured being asked.
We track where you rank.
Real search terms with real volume, measured on a schedule rather than guessed.
We measure your map box position.
Where you sit in the local pack, and how your reviews compare to those above you.
We grow your reviews.
A request link and a QR code your customers can actually use, on your schedule.
We watch your competitors.
Who moved, what they published, and what changed in the map box, every month.
Indistinguishable is invisible.
AI made content free to produce, so everyone made more of it, and sameness became the thing Google punishes. What stays scarce is proof that a real person was actually there, and that is the only thing we build with.
Your words, from your jobs.
That is what the monthly showcases are for. A content farm cannot write about a job it was not on, in a voice it does not have.
Real numbers, not adjectives.
Every claim in your reports comes from a measured search, a real review count, a rendered map box.
Nothing goes up without a reason.
Every page targets a search we measured, and you approve it before it publishes.
Two ways to work together.
Local
For a business that wants to own its market, month after month.
Growth
Everything in Local, plus the intelligence layer for competitive markets.
Just need the site hosted and maintained? We do that too.
The questions people actually ask me.
How long before I see anything?
It depends on your market and who you are competing with, so I will not hand you a number I cannot defend. What I will do is show you movement every month. The report tracks your rankings, your map box position and your reviews, so you can see whether it is working instead of waiting and hoping.
Can you guarantee I will rank number one?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. Google does not sell placement and nobody controls the results. What I can promise is that the work happens every month, that it is aimed at searches I measured your market making, and that you see exactly what moved and what did not.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. There is a three month minimum to start, and then it is month to month with 30 days notice. The minimum is not a trap, it is the honest floor: SEO compounds, and one month of groundwork would take your money without giving the work a fair chance to show anything.
What do I actually have to do each month?
Close to nothing. The content, the rank tracking, the reviews and the reporting all run whether you are involved or not. When you want to push it further you can submit an entry, a job you just finished in your own words, and that becomes a page no content farm can match.
What if I already rank well?
Then the Market Report will say so, and it is free. Ranking today is not the same as holding it, because competitors add pages and Google changes what it shows. But if the honest answer is that you do not need this yet, you will hear it from me before you spend anything.
I just had a new site built. Do I still need this?
If I built it, yes, and that was always the plan. The build aims the site at your market; this is what keeps it aimed as the market moves. If someone else built it, nothing gets thrown away either. I can bring my technology into what you have, which usually means rebuilding and cleaning it up rather than starting over.
Does my site have to be good before this is worth it?
Monthly SEO on a broken site is money burned, which is why the build comes first. AI Search chases overlapping ground, and this is the half with a measurable monthly loop.
