3. Third-Party Services

VercelWebsite hosting and deployment. Vercel processes server requests and may collect basic analytics data like page views.
SupabaseDatabase hosting for our client dashboard. Stores client project data, leads, and account information securely.
ResendEmail delivery service. Used to send performance reports, project updates, and transactional emails to clients.
StripePayment processing. Handles all payment transactions securely. We never see or store your full credit card number.
Google APIsUsed to manage Google Business Profiles, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console on behalf of our clients. Access is granted by clients through their own Google accounts.
Vercel Analytics & Speed InsightsAnonymous, privacy-friendly website analytics to understand how visitors use our site. No personal data is collected.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies to track individual users. They collect anonymous, aggregated data about page views and site performance.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting scripts on our marketing website. If we ever add these in the future, we will update this policy and notify you.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.
Active client data is retained for the duration of our working relationship plus 1 year after termination.
Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for businesses and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
